This Privacy Policy describes how Flurries ("we," "our," or "the App") handles information in connection with your use of our macOS application.

Flurries does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal data or usage information. All app functionality operates entirely locally on your Mac.

Local Storage: ​

Any app preferences or settings are stored locally on your device only using standard macOS frameworks. This data:

  • Never leaves your device
  • Is not accessible to us or any third parties
  • Can be deleted by removing the app from your Mac

2. How We Use Your Information ​

Since Flurries does not collect any data, there is no data to use, process, or analyze.

3. Data Sharing and Third Parties ​

Flurries does not share any data with third parties because no data is collected.

Third-Party Services: ​

  • No Analytics Tools: We do not use Google Analytics, Firebase, or similar services
  • No Advertising Networks: We do not integrate ad networks or advertising SDKs
  • No Third-Party SDKs: We do not use any third-party libraries that collect user data
  • No Cloud Services: We do not transmit data to external servers or cloud services

4. Data Retention and Deletion ​

Since no data is collected or stored by us:

  • There is no data retention period
  • There is no data to delete from our servers
  • Any local preferences stored on your device can be removed by uninstalling the app

How to Delete Local Data: ​

To remove any locally stored preferences:

  1. Quit Flurries
  2. Delete the app from your Applications folder
  3. Optionally, remove preference files from ~/Library/Preferences/ (if applicable)

5. Children's Privacy ​

Flurries does not collect any information from anyone, including children under the age of 13 (or applicable age in your jurisdiction). Our app is safe for users of all ages.

6. International Data Transfers ​

Since no data is collected or transmitted, there are no international data transfers.

7. Your Privacy Rights ​

GDPR (European Union) ​

Under the General Data Protection Regulation:

  • We do not act as a data controller or processor
